- Tribal Housing Authorities
We are developing best practices documents to assist housing authorities and tribal planners to implement sustainable development in their communities. Please contact us if you think there is a topic that should be added, or if you would like to receive notification when these are complete and available for download. We are also in search of exemplary projects to add to our case studies and project database, so please contact us to get on the map! - Tribal Leaders
If you are interested in learning more about green building and sustainable development by participating in a Tribal Sustainability Leadership Institute, please let us know. We are also looking for tribal leaders to assist us in developing the Institute curriculum. - Community Designers
We are looking to expand the Collaborative with more community designers who are focused on sustainable design, cultural sensitivity and community participation. If you are an architect, planner, or landscape architect with completed or on-the-boards projects in Native American communities, we would love to hear from you. - Technical Assistance Providers and Green Building Trainers
If you have a particular expertise in conducting workshops, demonstrations, and seminars on a variety of topics including HERS rating, solar power and other renewable energies, straw bale, etc., contact us to get on our technical provider list. There are many wonderful organizations out there working together to provide solutions for sustainable development in tribal communities. If you don’t already see your organization listed under resources, please contact us to get on our list. List your website and pertinent information relevant to the Collaborative’s mission. We are always looking for more partners and resources – so contact us to discuss projects on the board, TA and design assistance, trainings and workshops. - Volunteers
